I am a new player to this game and I cannot get out of the police station at the beginning. The game says to "meet contact" but there are 3 floors and I have tried every way to get to the contact on the second floor. Does anyone know how to get to this guy?

When you enter the burning building, go left, into another room, go thruogh the room to the stairs, follow the stairs, grab the pipe and climb to the other side, take a left and go through the room, follow the stairs and somewhere around there should your contact be.

Your contact is actually injured and lying on the floor. You will have to get close to him to be able to interact.
