Everything i talk about here will be on the XBOX version of Double Agent, not x360.
1) So anyways I beat the game (yeah, im late) but was wandering what happens if i replay my favorite missions, change up how i played the mission, and save. For example if i replay a major change such as blowing up the cruise ship instead of saving it. Does everything after that mission change accordingly? What happens? Will the ending be different? Will my loadout be different? Just wandering because i dont want to mess up the trust i have since i like getting a stealth loadout, but sometimes i want to go beserk and rambo through the levels or see the cutscenes for various descisions, like blowing up the cruise, but dont want to have to make another profile and beat the game again just to have all the missions on another profile. 2) Another question, how exactly does the trust system affect your loadout? If you have almost full JBA, will you not get certain stealth gadgets (ie, sticky shockers, stick cameras, ect..) and only get guns, or will you just get less stealth gadgets and more gun ammo? Same with full NSA, but vise versa. So basically, does trust affect your loadout so much that you dont get certain things, or only just not as much as normal? 3) Also does the amount of trust within each section (JBA, Neutral, NSA)affect your loadout, or only what section your in? This is hard to explain and probably makes no sense but heres an example. Is it like this: You have 95% NSA, you get 6 stick shockers, ect... You have 75% NSA, you get 5 stick shockers, ect... Or like this: JBA section = X ammo, Neutral section = Y ammmo, NSA = Z ammo? Basically what im asking is, is there only three different loadout possibilities per mission depending on what section of trust your in, or does the individual trust % account for the equipment your given? Im really, REALLY, confused in what im asking so im sure this wont make much sense to anyone but me, but if your brain can somehow manage to decipher even one of my questions, answers greatly appriciated Thanks. |

Thanks, but just one question: What do you mean by the equipment doesnt change? Do you mean replaying a level has no impact on that profile's trust/equipment, or do you mean that there is no equipment changes on the xbox version at all? I couldve sworn the manual mentioned equipment changing with trust. So i assume what you mean is that replaying a mission has no impact on that profile. Again thanks for the answer, i know these forums are kinda slow so again all answers are welcome |

About the only thing I noticed was that my NSA gear was kind of 'glitchy', IIRC. For instance, the NVG would have static or bad display when I had more JBA trust.
The only other things changed are cutscenes that are unlocked by playing 'sides'. What I hated was that once you've unlocked one set of cutscenes and go back to play it such that the others were unlocked you couldn't watch both of them, only the current version. I suppose the only way to have them both unlocked would be to play it with two different profiles. |

The only time i noticed NVG static was in the JBA HQ missions, but then again i dont have enough JBA trust to notice a different xD
Ah ok. So there actually isnt any equipment change depending on trust on the xbox version? If so then that actually makes me happy. I was paranoid about going on killing sprees because i didnt want my equipment to change. Again, thanks for the replys =D EDIT: Just read part of the manual again, on page 21 at the bottom it says: "Note that the level of trust also affects the equipment you'll receive at the start of each mission. The JBA tends to hand out lethal weaponry while Third Echelon issues non-lethal devices. Keep the trust meter in the neutral zone and you'll receive a healthy balance of both." So.. equipment does change? Im confused now. Sorry guys, i feel like a nub asking all this but the trust meter is new to the series so anyone just starting DA would be just as clueless as me. |

Yeah it changes, for one example if you choose to send the info about Yeagher to Lambert in JBA HQ1, you'll get much less ammo for the Money Train mission than you would if you sent the info to Emile.

Thanks, cleared up some of my confusion =D So, the trust only changes ammo, not the actual gadgets/weapons? For example, with full JBA trust you'll always have sticky cams, just not as many? |

Umm I think it also affects the number and/or types of gadgets you get in the ensuing mission as well, to be honest I'm not 100% sure though. But I am pretty sure that it does.
