im stuck in the mission HOKKAIDO . where i had to crawl through a ventilation pipe but its not happening. so can anyone send me save file just after that part of the game.

Did you grab and interview Zherkezhi(he leaves the room and goes into the bedroom to make a phone call)? You have to do that before you can proceed.
