I have the PS2 form of the Splinter Celll: Double Agent game. After talking to the captain, and then going to the machine room, I can't defuse the bombs.
when ever I try, the bomb detonates, and it's Game over
You need to cut the wires on the bombs to find out which is the right wire and to do that you need to put EMF vision or the weird blue vision that lets you see electronic stuff well after you put it on the you can see the wire that is flashing is the one you need to cut after that you need to put EMF again and find the next but do it fast because you have 20secs then repeat that same process until you cut all four wires.

Thanks allot, now I have defused them all and went up to get finish of the rest of these soldiers, but I'm having hard time with that automate machine gun. I'm on the room across it and when ever I try to get out to pass it it starts to shoot on me, If I only could get behind it to deactivate it.
First of all, you are welcome. It's nice to help someone.
Second, the easiest way to deal with the turret is to use the Sniper attachment on your SC-20K. That's how I did it. But it will raise an alarm and you may have to pick off some angry Ruskies. But you don't mind that, do you?
If this is the turret in the stair well, you should be able to pull yourself up behind it from the stairwell. A section of the stair railing isn't present, allowing a gap to pull yourself up. You should probably do this before heading to the communication room..
