Double Agent really isn't that hard, once you get used to the stealth techniques required.

Just remember, this is NOT a run-n-gun game but a STEALTH game that relies on you being able to sneak about undetected or able to quietly grab and hide the enemy body(ies).

Gamefaqs.com has a walkthrough that will help you get started, even though they have you do way too many kills/ko's. Many spots they have you ko the enemy can be bypassed by hiding in the dark/behind things and timing your movements to avoid them.
