i cant play online on splinter cell pandora tommorrow it comes up with "Could not access UBI.com." it doesnt have any scratches on the cd, and i can still play on LAN

The PT-servers for pc have been shut down...maybe it is the same with the servers for the consoles...

That's correct. UBI decided there weren't enough gamers online in PT to continue spending money on maintaining those servers and took them offline. That said, if I understand it correctly, you can join some online gaming communities such as Himachi and connect with other gamers via Xfire to still play it. Basically you set up a Himachi server/client that acts as the gaming server for PT then either host or join a game via it's interface. Check/search over at Xfire or Himachi for the details...
As to the consoles, Xbox still has online play for PT if you can find matches. Sometimes you can find several games, other times nothing for hours.
Yes, the last time I loaded up PT and checked, the Xbox Live servers for it were still working.
I believe that it's a completely different setup than for the PC, and that they are maintained by Xbox, not UBI, AFAIK.
I can understand why UBI managed servers were taken down, with so little activity, even though it's quite sad. The cost of keeping high response servers running is not cheap!
