South Wing: Once having used the colonel to open the door wiht the retrinal scanner and having entered in to the room/elevator lobby elevator area. How do I move on since the message "you have sounded to many alarms" keeps going every time I'm trying to shot out the sec camera?

I'm pretty sure that spot's a body checkpoint, so most likely you've left a body where it could be found.

ETA: Or are you just being spotted by the camera?

Hide any bodies in dark corners. The game makes periodic checks when you hit certain points. Go back and hide them better. As far as dealing with that camera, there are a couple of options. First you can watch it carefully and time you move so it does not see you. If you want to shoot it out, keep as far back into the shadows so it won't pick you up while you shoot at it.
