The question is same.I`m in one mission in Splinter Cell Double Agent and I must disable
four bombs on the ship.If I cut the wire it explodes or I have only 30 seconds before explode...What can I do??????Thanks

Try this:

To defuse a bomb, you need to first equip your EMF vision (D-pad UP). The active wire will be lit. Switch back to normal view, select the active wire and cut it. This will activate a timer. You need to cut the other three wires using the same technique before the timer runs out or the bomb will go up and... GAME OVER!

Note. IIRC, you can also tell which is the active wire by seeing which wire rumbles when you highlight it. This is the active wire.
