About the only thing you can do is to enter !LAMAUDITE! as your profile name. That will unlock all the levels such that you can load any of the missions from the 'level select' option.
This is for the Xbox version, maybe the PC also.
On the GameCube enter !walk_thru! as the profile name.
If you really want to cheat and not keep reloading to get the codes via thermal vision, then highlight the text below for all the keycodes on the Chinese Embassy Part II mission:

If you have all the door codes, you can basically run through this level. The speed run is simple if you know what you're doing. It can be done in 10 minutes or less.
From where your standing in the mic position, you have to go all the way to the other side of the courtyard and on the right, there will be a fence you can climb to an open window above. That's how you enter the north wing.
