Hi all, I just recently got Splinter Cell DA and completed the game in normal mode. I have completed all the star objectives to get the unlockables. The only problem is I cant seem to be able to use them.. Like I can't even access the unlockables. For eg, I unlocked the electronic lockpick during the first JBA mission, but when the next mission rolls around, I have no electronic lockpick.. or any of the other unlockables that I have unlocked.

Go HERE for a list of all the objectives and unlockables.
The thing that you have to remember is that they are unlocked IN ORDER, so if you skip one it won't be unlocked until the next star objective, effectively moving the list down one, or more, depending on how many you may have skipped.
You may also have to unlock them on each difficulty. I wouldn't know as I only played it on Expert and got them all unlocked and available.
Can you check your OPSAT/Equipment list to see which ones have a 'locked' icon next to them and which are 'unlocked'? This will tell you if you actually achieved the said objective or not.
