are the guards bad guys? for example the guards on Sea of Okhotsk level (the snow, supertanker level) bad guys like other terrorist or just citizens that work there? im guessing they arnt terrorist since im a terroist at the moment but i just wanted to be sure.
in the past games ive had no problem killing the terrorist but i dont want to kill these guys if they arent bad and there just normal people just doing there job

The men on the ship are mercs. yes. they are kinda normal people doing their job. I had no problem killing for the JBA because if I didn't kill them, they would have been killed by the others when they boarded the ship. At least if you do the killing, you get the credit.
