Do you mean in the corutyard of the Goriean Defence Ministery? You just use it and point the dark squre at the glass lift when Masse and Grinko enter, the follow it up. Simple.

Remembe you have to keep the dark square of of the laser mic on the glass lift as it rises. Keep doing this untill they leave and make sure you can also hear the conversation. Then Lambert should speak to you.

Are you on PC?

If so, you need to install the 1.2b patch.

Why would he need to do that?

Because there is a bug with the laser mike in that mission that the patch fixes.

yas i have the pc version. and the origenal disk. can you tell me how i can install this ?

You also have to make sure all the lights are out.
Either shoot them all out from the roof top,or climb over the wall open the door at the end of the corridor and throw the switch.
