Is this game going to be a port from the console?, and also ... other than a company or developer telling you, how can you tell if a game has indeed been developed with the Unreal 3 technology.

i do beleive it says on the cover of the game if its been made in unreal engine but since theres no cover your just gonna hafta wait and i think theyr developing each game for each system dont know why they would port, i thought they just did that if a game has already been released and theyr tryin to convert it afterwards to some other system. but im not a genius on all of this stuff
