Hey, just thought of something. Is Brothers in Arms gonna turn out like Band of Brothers, the film? Because Band of Brothers started out in D-Day, then went to Operation Market Garden, and then went to Bastogne and etc...is Brothers in Arms going the same path, or is it just some kookie coincidence? Please tell me of we are going to Bastogne, cos that will be freakin cool...Thanks - UrgentMan
Well there's yur next game B.O.B. I enjoyed the bob series it was shown every week on tv here in england, great film, i think it was one of the first film/series to have the cinematic effects, like blurring & shaky cam in that hollywood cinematic style, the explosion fx was excellent, I never finished watching the whole series, although i seen it on dvd for about £60 sometime ago. Hope B.I.A HH has some great cinematic fx.
Brothers in Arms follows soldiers of the 502nd Regiment, Band of Brothers the 506th. Both were part of the 101st airborne division, so they both faught in different parts of the same engagements. As a matter of fact I think the few members of the 502nd at bloody gultch (hill 30) were in the line NEXT to Easy company of the 506th. If you watch Band of Brothers you may notice they mention the 502nd at least once. (something about a basketball game against the five-oh-duece boys.)
