I am having a lot of difficulty getting the bazooka team to fire from where they are located. They move OK, but seem to want to move every time I click on a target for them. How can I get them to just fire in place, and not move to every target I try to designate for them?

depends do u relaese the action button on the axsis(to where theres a red circle on them indicating to fire or do u put it close to them but its a blue circle indicating to move there)....Range can be an issue too if u want the bazooka team to fire the bazooka u have to get them in range of fire cant have them far back n expect them to shoot at the krauts
Facilly, the problem is when they are in range and you want them to fire at like a Tank.
Sometimes the bazooka dude aims the bazooka at the target but doesnt fire the weapon. He just looks at the target until the target is gone THEN he starts to run after it
Thanks for the response. BUT, this has got to be among the worst interfaces I have ever experienced. Nobody behaves as they should and it takes s o o o o o long for commands to even reach the teams. I have everything set on the "default" settings selected by the game - all stops out! No graphical glitches or slow-downs of any kind, except for the damned CLUNKY interface! COD:WaW comes out this week, can't wait! can't wait!

Red letters are normally used to a heated poster who is angry on someone and tries to gets his attention. if you use the normal letters the others will know on what you're saying? this is just a conversation about something that isen't that inportant?
It seems that the bazooka team will engage a target better if they are in the open and in range. When I put them in cover, they always say that they don't have a shot. Wait till the tank goes by and then have the bazooka boys pop it in the rear with the bazooka.

This is actually a horrible bug/glitch within the game I believe. I've ran into this problem a few times myself on the Hell's Highway level/map where the street is littered with burning vehicles. Only thing that seemed to fix it was to restart the chapter. And it doesn't matter what u do to try to make the bazooka squad attack, they simply will not attack. Beyond restarting the chapter I don't know what else could be done to fix this other than hope Ubisoft releases a patch within the next decade LOL. They sure are taking their sweet old time.
Yeah, it's weird, the first time I played through the game I didn't have too many problems with this, but lately I've been blowing through on Authentic and it's pretty bad. You give the order to fire and the bazooka guy just stands there pointing his gun at the target but not doing anything. He doesn't even say "I don't have a shot", he just stands there like he's frozen.
The best advice I can give you is to put your assault team somewhere where they can give your bazooka team lots of cover fire, then try to put your bazooka team somewhere where they can easily take cover in 2-3 different spots in case they can't shoot from the first one. If the first one doesn't work, just move them back and forth till they take the shot. It's stupid, I know, but it's all you can do.
The Bazooka team will only fire if you move them closer to target, Select them,move them close as possible with a clear field of fire,reorder them to fire while pointing at their intended target.
How do you give fire order to bazoka and destroy order all i get is move
If your Bazzoka team is in range/straight line of sight and nothing blocking sight, click your right mouse on target. If bazooka team is not injured ( ie, no bazooka )or maybe reloading, you will hear Matt yell out the bazooka team leaders name and tell him to "Clear out that target" or something of that nature. If target is good ( lined up right/bazooka guy not injured ) when you right click on red circle it will turn to Bazooka teams icon, if you see a white circle crossed out then its a no go,IE: Not in range/injured/dead/etc.
Sometimes you will hear the bazooka team complaining like: I can't get a good shot/I'm not in a good position for this, or some other negative talk. Look for another position to put them in and try again.
