This is simply to add some wanted realism to the game. By adding select fire to certain guns in the game.

The bar could switch fire rate with "slow" (300–450 round/min) and "fast" (500–650 round/min).

The fg42 could switch between semi automatic mode and full automatic same as the stg44.


This could also alter how the AI (friendly and ennemy) behaves.

Lets say at long range the US team has the bar and fire at the slow mode and at short range the fast mode. Same with the German teams but with semi for long range and full for short range.

So do you think this is an idea that should be added?

I'd love select-fire capabilities in HH. Not on the 1918a2 though, that was the full-auto only version of the B.A.R.

Weapons should have been the way they are,I personly have a great or huge collection of ww2 and post war stuff.

I'm able to out shoot a modern day .50 cal barreta sniper equiped with extra's doing that with my k98 bolt action rifle.

But i'm a hhhhhhhhuuuuuuuuuuuggggggge fan of the k98 rifle in the game,but it still lets me down here and their,because ure not able to adjust the scope seen here in this youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4JkXUsXOPc

To adjust the scope u just move it THATS it!

yeah using selective fire can help you conserve ammo if your low.

If you could do it in real life, you should be able to do it in the game.
