It could be Matt on the ground, but the gunshots could have come from another member of his squad who has just found Baker and these Germans standing around him. Baker shuts his eyes when he hears the gunshot but he's not dead the germans are having been butchered by the rest of Bakers squad. Just a theory.

He self has a gun too so he can shoot them as well.

on the vidio where i guy is standing or i think by a tank and he gets owned by a headshot and a guy screams nooooooo. HE WAS HOLDING A PISTOL. could it be the SCARY DEATH PISTOL. idk but hopefully he can get a copy before 2009

if you saw this in a trailer then its probably Allen who was shot in the head.. and then Garnett was the one who shouted "nooo". YOu can see Leggett in the background...

if u guys haven't noticed or not but i was lookin at that picture of the the 2 soldiers with leggett in the backround how come the soldiers up front don't have the rank ensignia on their arms. leggett does but why not the other 2. the one on the left shouldn't because his arms in the other direction but what about the guy on the right? just wonderin

i think that with the scene with the pistole shot the german is going to miss i dont know but i think that baker saved that german mans life somewere earlier in the game, and the german soldier remembers that and thats why hes gonna shoot miss.:P but i think that a verry far tought

in this vid you can see who had the death pistol allen had it i think he is the person who got the pistol in the picture

first risner had it.2nd allen.3rd legget but who got it now i think baker because in the 1 video he had a pistol in his hand and 3 germans stand around him.in the one picture he is sitting next to a tree with the pistol in the hand i think he take the pistol because the men in his squad had that pistol. and his best friend had it(Risner)

I wonder if that bomb hanging from the ceiling explodes? That could explain something.

EXACTLY. that could be another sollution to it. gotta keep in mind that Baker is laying on his back covered with dust, schraphnel, and on top of that, he got 3 germans pointing a gun at him,..i could say? that's not the perfect way to say 'hi'

but to the part on wich shot? i can tell you nothing in particulare. i could argue that it wasen't baker? he's laying on his back, wich was knock off his a** and that's getting likely to do?

in the former vid...Frankie dies first.... but in the dev. diary... Baker seems to be calling to him while Frankie was running away...

anyway if the case of the dev. diary 2 in which Frankie doesnt die yet... Frankie prob. didnt save Baker because he was using a grease gun..... so the three shots came from somebody else or a group of people with rifles and carbines.... if you can notice the screen flashes thrice with about a second in between which means its not an automatic weapon which has prob. a shorter period of time b/w flashes....anybody who's groggy from a blast couldn't have possibly gotten off three rounds from his pistol and killing all three guys quickly... no... there's another guy there...so please stop asking....BAKER DOESN'T DIE.... common sense...the franchise is built around him.... to kill him is like trading away your star player who played with you for a long time....so anyone who's making a new topic....BAKER ISN'T DEAD....oh yeah... I'm scared too about Red. To be honest, i didn't see Baker die here. just because when he's running behind Franky he has no scar on his left cheek, but after you can see that he's two or three. So Baker doesn't die at this moment. Someone (or something like, for instance...the bomb??) saves him. If you hear the sound of the round shot, it's obviously not a luger which fires this round. It's a louder sound, like a rifle.
But Concerning Red, in a trailer where lots of things are said about Corrion, you can see a colonel, i think it's Col. Sink by the way, asking to Baker "Who's the best to take command of 2nd squad?" (or sthg like that), and it appears that it's Red who's actual 2nd Squad Leader...So maybe Red is out...So wounded, or killed???

The thing about the bomb hanging and exploding is a verry good idea Maby thats the reason behinde the wound in bakers face from the explosion of the bomb i think that is it I agree with the redbarron and M1_maniac

oh comon u guys are totaly of exsept lost it could be posible but the perfect explanation is THAT IT WAS A DREAM! A DREAM (maybe after someone dies or something) i think its a dream cuz i herd a lot of people talking about this level when u dream or so
