3 Germans stand around him.
One of the Germans have a pistol
who lain on the ground???

Nobody knows. Even if someone knew I hope that they wouldn't tell us because it would ruin the fun of the game. Guess you will just have to buy it!

Even if i knew it (and i don't) i woulden't tell it to anyone,because it ain't cool anymore if the majority knew/know who's killed and who's not!.
But i do like the the clip though, i even high-lighted it on my Youtube account i have here underneath this text. but i do love the SchützStaffel though,their Brutal in that clip!!!.

maybe Mike Dawson.... if you pay attention closely to the vid you can see an indoor scene in which Baker is holding a pair of dog-tags looking sad.... but thats a theory. Why Dawson? Dawson is taking great interest in the "Death Pistol" so much that maybe he had gotten ahold of it and the curse affected him..... just a thought....

ITDOG you gotta keep in-mind that the "Death pistol"is like...a red line in the story.
It all started with the death of Matt's best friend Risner.

And the way in EIB was the pistol a bit left out the story,but if you go back to the main page of the site you'll see you can choose between the 1911 and the p-38 (wich is better)...

Despite that, the pistol is Cursed..and belive me, that's something to take serious!
The story with the "DEATH-PISTOL" is also another legendary ww2 story. My German grandfather who was a tank-Ace let the whole german army know never to open a hatch-if a German or Allied tank or vehicle was in flames.

As some vetrans of the war where their and the Germans had a small not wrighten rules of the war,

Rules of the battlefield.

• #1. They who surrenderd should have a fair and worthy trial.
  
• #2. if a vehicle is knocked out of action.And not cappeble of fighting no more it's regarded as a victory.
  
• #3. If a vehicle was Taking intact you should "rebuild" it to you country's standerd (paint, etc.)
  
• #4. A dead Soldier should be burried next to the spot or location
  he was found.
  
• #5. Taking P.O.W'S is allowed,but there are some though rules regarding this subject.

well... it is an opinion... plus the site describes Dawson sort of a "Pariah" and is taking a great interest in the "Death Pistol Story". Also if you have seen the "Death_Pistol_Hill" screenshot you can see Baker with the pistol(it could be his or otherwise) and the figure in the background resembles Dawson(although he is a private). Anyway it is my opinion that it probably is Dawson..... we'll see soon enough

LTdog, i just noticed something, if where talking about the "Death pistol" and UBI released a picture,most of the time Baker and Dawesom are on the same picture, Dawsome is obsesed with that thing,as you may read in the carrachters page?.

Guy's about Dawsome: If you check out this screen,you see Dawsome holding a m1911,could it be "The Death Pistol" or just his own?

That screen is from the first game,do u see legget??? He died in BiA rth30.

What!? that's not Allen an'garnett! that's Dawsome and annother guy who is included in the game. you'll see Allen and garnett too, but that's in flash-back moment.

I know that Legget died in RTH30 but he's in HH beleive me!, Randy himself said that,same with ol' Allen an'Garnett ,and i know what i'm talking about, i've played HH on the UBI-DAY's a few day's ago!

Redd, Dawson dislikes wearing a helmet. and since the pic does not depict a combat scene so most probably, he will not be wearing his helmet. also, Dawson has a "jarhead" haircut, it is evident in the pic, that that guy is not Dawson. If you check the HH site you'll notice that the characters did not put leaves in their helmets as their Normandy predecessors(except Courtland). The two guys aren't Baker and Dawson, but also they are not Allen and Garnett(They died during June, the uniforms then were M-42 PJs, in HH it is now M-43s).
