hi,

i'm having problem creating a server for BiA:HH.
i create it but noone can connect to it.
i forwarded the ports and i have dlink 584t router

the thing is, for example. i go to canyouseeme.org to see if the ports are openned properly, and i check for uTorrent port, which shows openned ONLY when uTorrent is RUNNING but when i exit utorrent than it shows me that this port is not openned


please help me out.
