Hi all,
Guess I am the newbie on the block. I am thinking about buying BIA Hells Highway. Right now I am gaming with the BIAH30 and going to load and play BIAEIB. First let me give some background in my FPS play.

StarTed with COD I, I thought this way great, realy like the Stalingrad section.

Next game the MOH series, did not care for them except my favorite MOHPA. I thought this was simi-realistic at leat from a four man fire team perspective, hated the flying part. Those Jap snipers deadly! Tarawa a real bear. Liked the best about this one was the use of a corpsmen, instead of finding those bandages.

I tried the other MOH series just could not get over not being able to use iron sights. MOHPA had them and the lean and prone commands.

Then I did COD II, still the Russian section was great. I tried some of the MOH and COD on PS2 and just was not my cup of tea. I have not yet tried COD world at war. I do have MOHairborne, have not loaded it yet still in the box.

Enough said about the past. Right now I am doing BIAH30 on easy. I will attempt it at each level. Yes this is not ya run and gun shooter. Ya need to think and use that Squad!
I get killed at leat four times each after the first night. I hate those German MGs! Ruin ya whole day. Ya also get attached to your squad and really hate losing one because of some stupid mistake.

What I miss is the prone postion and crawling and the ability to lean look and shoot. The other the ablity to cook off grenades. One thing I miss is the sniper rifle. That and a submachine gun. To me that is the best combination of weapons. I know I get the M1, carbine and thompson later. Wish it had the drum mag instead. The other is being on point and have to do all the recon myself and bring up the Squad.

When I have the avaiable cash and my budget is ok, I will pick up Hells Highway. By far the BIA series is far the best and most realistic.
Will I will playing that when the next one covering the Bulge comes out.

Right now it is just me and my cats, lost my wife three years ago after 30 years. Iam a former USMC SGT of 13 years.
