The ~120 pages version is the beta version available on the retail disk. This is the finalised version, with several extra sections and lots more data in the appendices.

We will be releasing the Sandbox user manual tomorrow. This 180 page document will include simple walkthroughs as well as advanced instructions for the editor.

Be warned, the document is over 60 MB.

Well is there any chance we'll be seeing this 60 MB version????

This is awesome. Thank you for releasing this, other games make you figure this out on your own. So thank you again very much.

The 60mb version is the word document, that was shrunk to a smaller .pdf document. There is no difference between the two, except that you can edit the word document. If there is enough interest, I may have a word with Matthieu about releasing the word document, as that can make it easier for people creating websites, for quoting, copying lists of information, like the objects, etc.

Ah ok thanks, that makes sense. But did you know you could make the pdf file editable too, so ppl can copy stuff from it? Maybe that's an idea ?

An editable pdf file of the document would likely be as big as the original word document, if not a lot bigger, and so would defeat the object of converting it in the first place. However, if you mean convert the pdf file into an editable document, you can do that yourself, although it would almost certainly end up requiring a lot of formatting before you could make use of it.

Using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro you can edit the pdf right in Acrobat. Same size, no need for anything fancy.

The only problem is they password protected it. Smile
