I just started this mod and I'm stuck in the elevator. I can't seem to be able to get out of the top of the elevator by jumping up. Any help with this?

Try stepping back a few feet and moving forward as you jump. You have to hit the ladder just right.

There is nowhere to step back. The ladder is on top of the elevator car. I need to climb out of the top of car.

This had me confused as well.

When you see the message "Climb out of ..." (or something like that), while looking up, don't move, and press the Use-key. You will automatically climb through the elevator hatch.
