Using my "tilde" key no longer brings my console down ! Its not a keyboard problem-Ive tried new and different keyboards. I cant seem to be able to google this problem-and a search doesnt bring up any help either. Please dont flame me for posting on this and the "technical help" forum. Im just seriously working to fix this. I cant load any new maps until I get this fixed.Thanks for any help at all !

I found the answer on FarCry Community Maps . It was my "Media Center IR Box" for the "Media Center Remote" . I had to unplug its USB cable from the back of my PC. I have Vista Home Premium and an nVidia DUAL TV card installed -I assume Windows MCE 2005 would react the same way.Apparently this combo prevents the "tilde" key from opening the console. The key worked-it just wouldnt function in-game ! Anyway-Im back ! Thanks to those who wanted to help,
