my son turned the sound off in my sandbox editor how do i turn it back on?

Go back into the game, goto options then sound. Make sure the volume is turned full up

Then shutdown the game and go back into the editor. Some aspects of the editor are taken by what game settings you have, like video settings on high/medium/low etc.
