ok i started the sandbox and i made terrain, but when he laods it the terrian is red with ''replace me'' on it, very wierd...
how do i make this grass or sand????

WAIT! another problem if i do what clivey says, the grass is uber dark! how do i make it lighter :P im soooo newbie to the sandbox :P

File menu/Generate Surface Texture. Select 4096 and make sure theres a tick in Hi Quality Compression and hit OK.

ok when i do the regenerate surface blahbah thing i get grass BUT really, and i meen REALLY dark i could barrely C that it was grass
