Did any notice the Beaufighter with AI radar antennas? Does that mean BoB will have night fighting?

Now that is a very interesting question. That would be incredible. I'm not really bummed that we have to wait until 2010 for BoB, I'd preferr they take their time and get it right, rather than rush it and have a buggy poorly done sim. |

Where did the 2010 figure come from?
As long as they're naming a realistic time, I'm happy with this news. I can imagine how much work is needed for it, and there are some promising things in the link, such as the dev tools to make AI planes flyable, and proper recorded sounds. It looks like Oleg has learnt from the reaction to IL2. Besides, knowing BoB is not just around the corner, I can happily upgrade from my athlon 3000+ / 6600GT computer and actually get some good frame rates in the mean time. ----------------------------------- flying as 453_Whittle E8400 @3.8, 4870... Nvidia next time. |

Well SOW`s gonna have to blow my socks off in 2010, cos that`s the time as a kid that I expected to see servant robots as a comercial product in every home and flying suburban cars.

Looks like our next generation sim will be released the generation after that.  Bear in mind, Oleg said 2010 if everything goes well. Based on past experience, mid to late 2011 seems a safer bet. SeaFireLIV is right though.
