Here is a look at the APU cart I'm working on. This will have metal cables that can be positioned to the aircraft.

Still needs the exhaust and many wires installed.

Got the troublesome flaps mounted.

A speck of dirt on your windscreen could turn into an enemy fighter in the time it took to look round and back again. A little smear on your goggles might hide the plane that was coming in to kill you.

Wow! Something tells me I must have it. I'm going to end up with a huge pile of unbuilt kits if this continues. Big Grin What the heck! I think I'll e-Bay off some of my modern jet kits and a couple of 1/48's to make room.

I know of what you speak! I bought the Eduard 110E figuring there won't be a better one for a long time---and now this! I don't lament being stocked up. With the price of oil likely to remain high, I'm glad I bought heavily in 2005-7 anticipating a big price jump coming. Lately there have been so many things I've waited decades to see like a 1:48 Skua, Fulmar, Wellington IC, or all the fantastic armor kits from Dragon and Trumpeter (not to mention the new Tamiya PzIIA/B/C which I've always wanted). This is a fantastic time for the plastic modeler---what else can I say? And, could I resist a Trump P-47D when I saw what you were doing?!

Will do Phil! I probably won't have too many that I can bear to part with though. Big Grin I'll have a list in the morning. I know for sure I want to rid myself of a 1/32 Tamiya F-16. I bought it open box but it's all there and I'll make sure in the morning. Well I'll list them all in the morning.

We are going to end up like Erco415 with an entire hobby shop in a closet. Veryhappy I believe this is a common ailment of the plastic modeler.

I know. I used to periodically cull my herd, but I've been too busy, and, anyway, the stuff I have now is so good I don't have the heart. My problem is that I've been too busy to build---I last was productive in 2000 when I had 10 or so under way at once. I think I'll lay into the Tamiya PzIIA/B/C because it would be relatively simple. I'm also considering the Tam Char, and the Trump H-39. Wish I had the time to lay into the Trump P-47---your masterpiece really has me going!

Well I'll have to do the list tomorrow as I didn't have time today. I work nights so I'm off again. Will do it tomorrow for sure.
