A 'modified' shell from the ww2 Tobruk Siege. we have 2 of these. The shell inscriptions are not clear - I must take a better photo.

I got many great things from the war, from actual equipment to many great photos.
I said several years ago that I would start posting photos and such of these things, and I just never did it.
This has inspired me to document those things here.

PS I really like the pillar and the hardwood floor. It really accents the room.

Another note... I'd be careful on what you post on the net, as there are always 'vultures/thieves' looking for this type of stuff.

I've only posted this as we have a very tight (wide spread) family network that has an open eye for 'thieves'.
