). It can't be compared to draught tho (3-4€ here), despite the nitrogen ball...
As per smoking ban - Slovenia accepted it about a year ago, and this first winter turned out to be tough one for smokers. However, there was no limit to the ideas that some pub owners turned up with to get around this law... I was in a bar, that had two "walls" built out of very very dense, but carefully and nicely shaped bush! Since law requires that smoking is alowed only if at least 50% (i.e. two walls) are opened, this counted as an opened space, athough in practice it was virtually sealed lol.
Another guy registered one of the rooms of his bar as his living place, and not a part of the bar. But, then, anyone who wanted to smoke, could go there with the drink, and smoke there under the excuse that he is the owner's personal guest.
The only practical difference from a regular bar was, that they didn't serve drinks in that room, so guests had to order and take them along from the "bar". Anyway, law was changed soon after, prohibiting "having an entrance from your living place to the bar" to prevent the flood of such bars.
No one in sane mind ever turns when he has any other option.
