Some of those people should never have been held as long as they have been without trial anyway.. That and Iraq were two of my biggest beefs with the previous administration.. both have done great damage to the U.S.'s reputation abroad..

I'm kinda torn, I hate turning into a NIMBY hypocrite, so I'm gonna have to say if there's no evidence to confirm they acted against the US or US forces, and sending them to their countries of origin puts them in mortal danger it's our responsibility.

I read that one was a Yemeni doctor treating Taliban fighters, if true not what I'd consider a hardcore terrorist. I mean how many westerners volunteer to go to god forsaken places to lend humanitarian assistance to the locals, I imagine the same occurs everywhere.

I still see them as Prisoners of War. So why they are being released Ill never know.
