Anyone got any tips, things that can give you a clue that two pieces of writing are from the same author?

Quite difficult at times, but things such as syntax, choice of words in particular situations can be good indicators. Some people have a certain flare that is difficult to emulate, but most writers are very difficult to establish on the text itself.

Who are you trying to prove is using two different aliases on the Ubi forums? I can assure you it's not me and Blutarski.

Words used, mechanics and the like will all be very similar, or even the same, if it is the same author.

Are you talking about printed/digital text, or handwriting?
