I played the 'Army Men' demo, but it never interested me enough to buy the full game. I did like the melting effect of the flamethrower, and the 'rolling across the floor' sound of the tanks when they were moving, though. To echo BF, too bad there isn't a PC version for the 'Toy Soldiers" game.

I thought that this might give people a chuckle-

Sous-lieutenant Clouseau prepares to throw a fragmentation chicken:

"Ironic isn't it that my little pistol has more reach than your frog gig?"

Sgt. Sluggo is ready to perform a little facial reconstruction:

Maybe the Military should seriously consider Fragmentation Chickens, think about it, someone lobs a nade in the room everyone scatters or lobs the nade back, someone lobs a Frag Chicken...hey Sarge DINNER!

Why stop at Chickens...Hamsters, Squirrels, Chipmonks, cute cuddly Kittens, the world is your Lobster. Party Hat

Und jetzt zu etwas voellig anderem...

Why don't you shut up Billfish? There's a time and a place for different types of games. This game will cost about a tenner.

That was totally uncalled for.. I think you need to reread the entire post that she made again .. and then take those shoelaces out of your teeth and apologize. You missed the boat totally with that response bub.

Take a look, someone interpreted it the same way I did. Yahh sure, I'm sorry I took it that way!

Sorry Billfish!

But to me the ENITRE post was rambling and wasn't put into any context. Without any context it sounded like a knarky passive aggressive post making fun of the "xbox crowd". Again I'm sorry Billfish seeing as that was unintended!

An interesting concept Billfish, but I say give it time - could be a regular little home from home...

A) Jeeeeeezuz! When are you guys going to admit we were years ahead of you in toymaking technology? We had rubber band powered trucks when you were still pushing horse-drawn artillery about the tabletop. And who's dad paid for all those toys? You ungrateful bastiges!

B)Lies! All of it! I have proofs that German toymakers made superior products due to more headroom in workshops and reclining workbenches. Better springs give German clockwork tanks more range and cheap British tin could never withstand great German matchstick penetrative power. Ubercool! I have charts. Visibility in German workshops much better as no fog. The falsehoods spread by British clockwork tank fandweebs has been reported to mods and game devs. Interview with German old man states that his toys were so better than British workhouse made rubbish as to be beyond debate. Stupid Brits! Long live the Kaiser! Coolmeisters! I no biased, but seeker of glorious Imperial German truth to counter despicable British lies. And I can drink you all under the table. Noobhunds!

C)Yet again, Canadian toys are not represented - but that's o.k. we know what we did and that's enough, eh? Who's for a beer, eh?

D)Yeah, whatever old boy, funny how the best-selling most popular WWI toy tanks are always British ain't it? Oh, those 1921 gun emplacements are laughable btw - you should sign up on a science-fiction forum if that's your cup of Earl Gray. Toodle-pip!

E)Where-a da humbug candy sweet launchers inna da Handley-Page wind up spaghetti bag? And why no Italiano Alpini army men? My book show picture of important army men and you not include! Not silly pose but hard man killer position and feather hat! Must be include!

Also game must have above all is the style. The game is absolute nothing without very important the style. Game would be much improved with the addition of Carabinieri Fashionista uniforms as below. WWI have no the style, only mud and the wire of barbs. Would absolute need the WWII fashion sense for the win.

This is tough guy Fabio, who borrow the overcoat from his life-partner Dieter:

Here is Dieter tearing up the dance floor with hard man killer moves at Napoli disco when off duty:

Note a tasteful 'distressed' the style of his leather hat, pants, and tunic. Tres chic! Si, now everyone witness how game fashion is much improved by many times? Winky
