Another good one

I left early as I was losing concentration (insomnia getting to me again), but enjoyed myself as always.

Good fun again - cheers. I got all connected this time without probs. Was trying out a joystick/pedals I've made from odd bits of scrap, a Leo Bodnar jobbie and some bits from an old Logetech Wingman force feedback. It's been over a year since first collecting all the bits but it works very well. I even made a carrier landing end of last mission which supprised the life out of me. I suppose I could have bought a Fighter Stick or Cougar Hotas which would have been quicker, easier and probably not that more expensive but to be honest (or dishonest) a new toy on the table is easily translated into shoes or handbag whilst a bag of insignificant looking components slips under the radar. I have all the switches, buttons etc. to make a control panel (over the next year no doubt) which will produce more raised eyebrows and smirks from my viperous brood.

Thanks for hosting again BG . If it hadn't been for that darned sub flak, I'd have had a clean sheet in the coops. Even managed to land an I-16 without breaking it for a change, so maybe I am learning something...
