And it auto updated & deleted all my Quick saves!

You have to say no to the autopatch at first and then go to the Settings folder, open profiles, open your character name to get to the savegames folder. Save all your saved games to a different folder and then start GRAW2 again. After the autopatch loads, replace all your saved games in the savegames folder.
