GRAW 2 has turned out to be worst than raven shield Lockdown.. its funny how they showed all the hype in the videos, fooling those who are commonsensically challenged. i mean really, GRAW 2 is like a moded version of GRAW and GRIN expect people to pay $50 for this garbage? Wow, new weapons and maps. what about the view options? better yet,enable players to use vehicles. the first ghost recon has way better game play than GRAW 2, (except for the sliding when you stop running.) its a good thing they came out with the demo, because i would have been mad if i bought this garbage. Imo, i think Raven shield was one of the best multiplayer simulator that ubi has came out with.
I agree the demo is NOT good. GRAW1 is way better. GRAW2 looks and plays very poorly. Raven Sheild did kick a$s. That game just played well as a multi player game. And I hear Vegas is real good to so I will be getting that instead of GRAW2. Anyone that says GRAW2 demo is good really has no clue. BUT the 360 version of GRAW2 is one of the best games I ever seen. (bedsides the 3rd person view and using a controller) They should of used the same company for both versions. I always thought they stepped it up when it came to the PC version. But NOT in this case. The PC demo is bad, who knows... the the retail ver. might be better?
GRAW2 is a huge step forward, with an improved game engine, smoother gameplay, new weapons, new MP mode, nicer maps, more balance in gun effectiveness, and new options (tagging enemies in MP etc) so no GRAW2 is better. If you want to drive vehicels go back to the run and gun fests in Arma, or BF 2124..... that is your type of game then. If however you want a tactical shooter were stealth matters, and things are as realistic as gameplay balance allowes, get GRAW2!
graw 2 is great. i love it. its the best most realistic fps combat sim to date. the newer rainbow games are too arcade, the older ones are too dated. hl2 has some decent mods but they just don't have the weight or snap of graw. bf2 is hella fun but it aint no reality.
the ability to dive, stand on your tip toes, slide, no jumps, class balance... its just the goods baby.
Long live Raven Shield! The best game UBIsoft has ever released. Now just put that type of movement into GRAW2. It's way to slow. You can't even dart around a corner to kill someone. Speed it up already! All I ask.
