I have a Saitek ST290pro joystick that I use for flight games. Is there a download that will allow me to use it to control my movement and weapon use in the Ghost Recon game?

You should be able to assign button functions to key strokes including the fire button. Still, the mouse and keyboard is your best bet for an FPS and leave the joystick for flying.
