Why would you want to activate them?

Press the Enter key on your NumPad, bringing up a console window... type them into there, pressing the Enter on your keyboard when done...

To close the console window, press Escape.

Should you be telling ppl how to cheat - thought it was frowned on? Unless they don't work in mp.

Well, I'm dabbling in modding right now, and I know it's helpful to use the cheats to get to certain places on the map quickly to see if stuff is working as expected...

These cheats don't work in mp. A nicer name for these cheats is "game toggles".
Most, but not all, cheats in mp are game files that have been hacked.

Ahhhhhh noob, sorry this is the ghost recon forum, not the GRAW forum, see the top of this page for the correct link. I don't know if there are any kind of help commands for GRAW...
these are for ghost recon 1 and only for SP (needed the autowin on some mods, geez how difficult some missions were, I only later found out they were made for 32 man MP coop instead of one poor soldier.....90 enemies spawning close by aahhhhhhlol)

In GR1 pc I think it was Enter on the keypad.
