Ghost Recon 4 may now have a new name, with Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification recently detailing Ghost Rec on Predator, a multiplatform game due next year.

'Predator' has an unfortunate Hollywooden ring to it; but I guess we can hope this is a sign of a return to OGR's more mature approach to mission derived monikers like 'Island Thunder' and 'Desert Siege'...

Perhaps one day we'll see a game centered around actual game design that doesn't try to reinvent everything and instead refines what worked so well for the original Ghost Recon and expansions.

I epsecially would not miss crap that's steadily leaking in to the 'Clancy™ Franchise®' like absolutely pedantic and sophmoric story lines to 'develope the personalities of the characters' -- that's so horribly written and acted it couldn't sustain a five year old's interst in Saturday morning cartoon.

Soon enough I guess we'll know...
