It should do well.
couple of things...
don't spend to much on bling bling and get a harddrive with 16 mb cache, that's faster, or get a raptor next to your data drive so you can put windows/games on that one and the rest off the stuff on the other drive.
and as for the graphic card get a geforce 8800 GTS OC instead of the 7950, it has direct x10 capabilities and is hardly more expensive..... (you can use it longer)
And if you have some spare money get a soundblaster x-fi music, it will perform a lot better with GRAW2 (doesn't let the processor do the sound too so it will play smoother and give virtual surround which helps you spot enemies)

Am I correct that the total is $1,147 for that PC?

Please tell me you haven't bought it yet?

It sounds like you really want to get into gaming and your on a budget...you should DEFINITELY build your own through newegg. It's easy- I mean do you think those production line workers are skilled? A chimp could put one together. You'll get much more for your money. I mean, 2gb of performance/gaming RAM at newegg is ranges from $80+. You can get a 8800gts for $250. Intel is supposed to drop the price of the Q6600 quad-core to $266 on the 22nd.

Go with something like this:
$266 - Q6600 quad-core
$120 - P35 motherboard
$80 - 2gb DDR2 800
$250 - Nividia 8800gts 320mb
$60 - 250gb SATA hard drive
$40 - Cooler Master Centurion case
$85-100 - FSP or Seasonic 500+ watt PSU
$30 - DVD-RW burner
$40 - sound card
$80 - XP Home

Yeah, build it yourself man. The above listed PC has double the RAM, graphics and CPU power as the rip-off from cyber PC.

Check out youtube for instructional videos and Anandtech forums for help if you have questions.

The main things to consider when building your own is that you take the time to look at teh stuff and how it should be put in. Many people rush when they have the parts exited about what they could get and tend to forget plastic insulation nipples on the motherboard and stuff like that. Once you find out you have to take apart the whole pc and start anew. I learned that the hard way when building my first pc a pentium 2.
On guarantees building yourself can be dangerous too, a damaged part due to your own fault isn't easy to get replaced. I let a local PC shop do the work, it cost me about 100$ more, but my pc has a 3 year warrantee now.....

In adittion to the rig above I suggest you get 2 250 gig hdd's and put them in raid 0-stripe (fastens stuff up more) and get 2 dvd drives instead of a burner alone, maybe a cardreader.
And make absolutely shure that the processor, motherboard and memory work with eachother, it is of no use buying fast ddr2 ram when your motherboard doesn't run fast enough, or the processor doesn't match.... (I'd say stick with ddr 667 for the moment, and a core 2 duo 6600 will doe very well in GRAW only when a quad core is 20$ more I would buy a quad core)
