It is definitely game related, since all other games work on Win 7.
Win 7 has been around for over 5 months now, for the public. (Beta and RC) Enough time for the developers to work on a fix. Vista is having the same issues.

I am just tired of paying money for a game which is at max a beta version and waiting months for a patch.

There isn't even a single person on this forum who has any say or information on the progress of developments. Embarrassing really.

Sounds like you have tried a couple things, did you try these :
  • Update the game to 1.02 via the GameUpdater?
  • Update your DirectX?
  • Update your drivers?
If you could give out your specs and exactly when the game crashes, maybe I might be able to give more specific options.

I know a lot of players are having problems with the 64bit versions of Windows.

I don't have any serious problems with HAWX on Vista64 but that's a supported OS and they may never add Windows 7 support.

I have noticed that when playing the Norfolk Naval Base mission in Co-op, after flying through the radar screen using the ERES, when you destroy the first radar and come out through the other side, the aircraft that attack you will continuously respawn and return to attack you, not like in the singleplayer part where there's only 4 or so.

Is this meant to be this way?
