I've journeyed (successfully) from K'Veer, through Taghira, Todelmer and Noloben. I'm now passing through Laki'ahn. I've cracked the pressure plate elevator and the lights maze and have gone through the door and found the pedestal with the new Bharo sign but no slate. The pedestal link takes me back to a linking bubble where the pedestal has no slate for me to do my thing with the newly acquired sign. Do I hunt for this slate? If so where should I start looking please. This is my first cry for help and I'm so near the end...

Welcome to the Myst 5 forums.

Due to possible slate bug or not using the proper pressure plate symbol, the slate might be found at the last spot (The Keep at the end of the age). It might even be still stuck on top of the pressure plate.

One way to look for it would be to visit all the links available at the main entrance bubble.

A visit to the pressure plate is possible if you use the turning/cage symbol to go back through the arena section.

Thank you. Found it on the pressure plate and managed to complete the game. What happened to real people? The animated characters were dreadful.

Have you played Uru Complete Chronicles. (now harder to find game) ?

Many consider that Myst 5 was the follow up of Uru CC.

From my point of view, the best and similar 2 games serie would be the 2 Syberia games by B.Sokal.

Btw, we are hoping that the fourth incarnation of Uru Live will be back online in a few months from now. It will be named "More"
