I suggest you contact ubi support, they'll help you resolve your issue. http://support.ubi.comFrom what I can see you may have a faulty disk. I suggest you take it back in exchange for another. But I'd strongly suggest you sort it out with ubisoft support because there job is to know and target these problems.
