Well there was a discussion about this at the beggining of the year and most people (including me) all agreed that there was not enough evidence to put it in stone

But now that Emergency heroes has been released and there is also proof that the game (EH) was developed by UBI montreal, We now have enough evidence to know that the required network staff were for D4, plus we also know that it was the newcastle studio that required the NW staff so there is further evidence, Plus the recently published videos shown that the newcastle office is only developing DrIVer (4)

i also had a look around for in depth detail on this and I had found a site which gives out good detail about the job oppurtunity (link at the bottom of this post)

I would also like to add that UBI are one of the best game companies for developing online mode in their games, so we should be expecting something really special this time!
