My first serious attempt at a composite. Took the picture myself, borrowed the Mosquito from the last page. Big Grin

How do I make the propeller spins more realistic? Tips and suggestions are most welcome! Thumbs Up

I've just started making some composites myself.

Apparently you use a static propeller, and apply radial blur on it, if you are using photoshop.

Hope that helps. Thumbs Up

Now there's an odd thing. I'm editing the same Mossie screenie from you, Skunk_438RCAF. I don't think it'll look as good as 430's

Oh that doesnt matter. I now feel honoured to have two screenshot artists editing my shots.

Even if you think it wont look as good, post it anyway, I want to see it.

Thanks guys. Smile

I'm going to borrow more screenshots from you, Skunk, because they're so large and high quality. Thumbs Up

Would you guys know how I can adjust my screenshots to be "bigger" other than the 1200 x 800 they're now? Thanks! Smile

You can probably expect several more shots featuring Mustangs from the 506th FG from me in the near future... Wink

This picture was made by request of the family of the plane's pilot, 2LT Robert B Harvey. Robert Harvey was lost on the infamous Black Friday June 1st mission, where quite a few Iwo-based P-51s were lost trying to fly through a large storm on the way to Japan. This particular rendering is only partyl historical, as there are no known pictures of the plane or it's nose art. All that is known is the serial number and the (probable) side number.
