...you're constantly hypervigilant when outdoors because, in maintaining your SA, you keep spotting "dots" (birds) and they always have speed/altitude advantage over you..

Stagger Lee shot Billy DeLyon and he blew that poor boy down.
Do you know what he shot him for, what do you make of that?
Cause Billy DeLyon threw the lucky dice, won Stagger Lee's stetson hat.

You know when you play too much IL-2 when:
(from my view,i've experienced thos)

-Someone cuts you on the road without the use of blinker, then you start searhing the Weapon 1+2/cannon buttons on your gear shifter.
(happened to me today...Some blondy in an Opel Astra...)
-If the road goes downwards, you always dive down at full power, doing 300+ so you can pull up when the road starts to go up.
-A cop is on your six,you start to speed up and then start doing rolling scissors untill he goes on your twelve.
-You're trying to reach the hat-Switch on your gear shifter, because you want to see what's in your left mirror.
-If you see a big 18 wheeler, you don't stay on his six.
-If you see a 18 wheelers convoy, you go aside to them and start looking up seriously for the gasoline trailer.

Big Grin

Embarrassed? Veryhappy I usually say "Greetings, earthling!, you have found our headquarters at last." Works a treat on cold-call salespeople and doorstep evangelists Too Happy
"Come back, we need your body parts!" I cry, but they're always a half mile away by then....

When you leave steering wheel height adjustment on your car permanently unlocked.

During a road trip you announce to your passengers, "Negative, RTB, I'm Bingo."

You use the o'clock system when directing people.

When driving around corners, you imagine you are pulling lead on the car in front of you. (I know you are all guilty of this.)

You often describe everyday objects using the terms 'undermodelled', 'overmodelled', 'uber', and 'porked'.

While driving you look like a dork with your hand out the window playing in the air currents.

You proceed to swerve back and forth in your lane when your hand exceeds it's critical angle of attack.

Airspeed, altitude, or brains; you always need at least two.

When you wish you had cannons when in a traffic jam, a enemy car filling your windscreen...
