You know you're playing too much IL2 when you try and change the view on your tv by moving your head ala Trackir.

And you know you're playing too much IL2 if you've ever used the phrase, "Two weeks, be sure", in conversation with civilians.

You know you play IL2 too much when you pride yourself on your situational awareness during your daily traffic commute.

You judge the distance of the car you are trailing for convergence.

Try to look at dots in the sky for a long time

Try to pull the steering wheel on your car when you approach a bump.

Basic Flying Rules: "Try to stay in the middle of the air. Do not go near the edges of it. The edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. It is much more difficult to fly there."

...When your wife knows what Il2 is just by how it looks during play, as opposed to other flight sims.
...Your wife can also identify different aircraft as she sees them so much.
...When your wife asks if the 50's have been fixed yet.
