Was it not a FW200 Condor that was shot down by a B24?
I seem to remember an "IL2" mission wereby you could replicate the scenario?

Sorry Sillius and Robtek but Jure has it Thumbs Up It's a Dornier Do-17.

Pretty cramped in there, the gunner would have to get out of the way on a bomb run as folded up to his left is the bomb aimers seat.
