Thanks VF-17_Jolly,

Nice to get one every now and then. Smile

If you were riding in this cabin, which aircraft would you be in?

Good hunting,

Close, but no cigar VF-17 Jolly, although you are on the right track.

I don't want to jam up the thread so I'll give it away, it's the upper deck of the H8K Emily.

The floor is open. Smile

Any chance of a new question? Took me just 3 minutes to confirm the correct answer, but here we are over 4 hours later, no new question lol. There are some guidelines on page one.

It's a Ki-84

"Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it" - Winston Churchill

"Poor Neville Chamberlain believed he could trust Hitler. He was wrong. But I don't think I'm wrong about Stalin" - also Winston Churchill, later, in 1944

Close, but...not...quite. You are on the right track however.

Think...termites.

If I don't get the right answer in the next hour I will give it up and leave the next question to you.

Ok, the hour is up.

The aircraft in the picture is actually a KI-106, an experimental wooden version of the KI-84.

Over to you Woke_Up_Dead Thumbs Up

Ok this is daft, the correct answer wasn't given last time, yet we've sat around for hours hoping for the next question without luck.

Executive decision time, and I will ask one to get things going (again).

Aircraft I'D. and for a bonus what happened here?

Ok: That is the prototype Reggiane 2005 Sagittario after it's maiden flight. The pilot was unable to lower the starboard landing gear and made a forced landing.

Excellent answer Metatron, so you also possess the Reggiane RE 2005 by Mauriszio Di Terlizzi?

What is it lately? Twice I've restarted this quiz to no gain to myself than seeing it running again, yet twice I've confirmed a correct answer within 3 minutes of it being given, but there is no new question.

I'd suggest that people use the haste they do answering a question, to asking the next one.
