I turn to here for help, and hope that I can get it. ubi has pretty much washed their hands of my situation, and have pretty much said that. I like the ubi games, but for multiplayer, it really stinks as this isn't the only game I have had an issue with.
Here is the situation:
1 player behind a router, me.
2 players behind another router in another city.

If I host, only 1 of the 2 players can connect to me. What is really odd is if a certain player connects, the other player can see my server, and he connects, but the first player gets booted and can no longer see my server.
If one of them hosts, I can see that they are playing online, but I get booted everytime I tried to connect. The two players, yes, they have valid/legal copies for RSL, as do I. They are on one network, and therefore, through their provider, only have one IP address. I do not know if this is the issue or not. They obviously have separate LAN IP addresses.

The port forwarding we have done. Obviously, since ports cannot be 'forwarded' to multiple computers, they are forwarded to the 'host' computer on their side.

Please help.

Thank you.
