I have my x360 set to where i boot the dashboard first
All of my aces were complete as well and now they are gone plus the guns i had equipped before the reset im able to use fnc, aks74u, etc

please note that i do not boost/glitch/cheat in any way shape or form.

i received all my aces but now they have been reseted and now i am a recruit and have all my achievements still. my character has been reseted but im able to use some of the guns that are locked.

Also all of my aces dissapperad from complete to ZERO. Please tell me there is a way to regain all that was accomplished without having to go back through. Granted its a video game but that is a lot of time, work, and cuss words to go through AGAIN. To achieve what had already been achieved.

Now I understand every game when its released will be buggy but its up to you guys to fix it. Im going to be blunt, if there is no fix such as restoring ranks, I will most likley stop playing and stop recomending this game to my customers.
Its not our fault nor would we not know to NOT choose male/female at the start, cause i have done it before and was fine.

when my rank was reset i was elite. it happend when i turned my xbox on and didn't go on it for a little bit. when i pressed start to continue i had to choose gender. when i lost my rank i also lost all my weapons. but still had all my achievments.

As i was working on my second elite, i almost got reset again ( while i was 2nd lietenet) but i turned my xbox off as soon as it asked me to choose gender. when i turned it back on i still had my rank.

Both times when it reset it was because i didin't press start to continue right away.

P.s. i didn't boost or cheat, so this rank reset is random.

Lost all ACES, i had all 20 now im back at the begining.

*I put my gamertag because i have had problems with people thinking i glitched to get to my rank, if they/you look at my achievment list on xbox site you will see the dates that i got certain ranks etc. My achievements are not concistant with those of a glitcher. They are simply consistant with a dedicated, hard working loyal rainbow six fan...not anymore though!!
